iPhone / Touch Vox Sign In Screen

Much to my joy loging into VOX the other day I was greated with a iPhone / Touch sign in screen.

Unfortunately, still no compose page. I hope for the iPhone App Store launch on July 11th and a VOX app from Six Apart.

Much to my delight VOX has added a home screen logo for us iPod/iPhone users.

Hopefully this is just a first step in VOX developing an application for the iPod/iPhone. Back in March Six Apart

's CEO Chris Alden stated that Typepad would be developing an application using the newly released Apple SDK.

Hopefly this signals that iPod/iPhones users will be able to use VOX on the go. At the very least my home screen now looks much better.

No Mobloging

Yes, That's my phone number. :-o

As my attempts to moblog from my phone have not gone well, I've been experimenting and going over the VOX help pages.

I have a few issues that put the nix the mobloging.

One, my phone number is included in the post title. Yikes.

Two, Rogers adds tons of crap, including a header, an add and a couple of spacers images. Horrible.

And finally, I don't have a data plan and they charge me by the kb.

I guess I'll have to put off my moblogging plans a little longer.
